Are you ready to join an academy focused on development, success and attaining personal and team goals? NLSA provides year-round training led by professional coaches who are focused on nurturing the physical and technical development of our players from mini-kickers all the way through their collegiate and potentially professional careers. We never stop caring, we never stop encouraging, we never stop setting limits. Fear No Limits. 

We work with our affiliate town clubs so that in particular our youngest players U8 - U12 have the opportunity to stay connected to their town teams during the developmental stage of their educational journey on and off the pitch. We work with our affiliate clubs to install and intrinsic methodology and approach to the game. When you are intrinsically motivated, you engage in an activity because you enjoy it and get personal satisfaction from doing it. It is about the player and his or her enjoyment and love of the game.

​NLSA is one of the top developmental programs in the area offering opportunities for all levels of ability.

"One who teaches must never cease to learn".  NLSA’s mission is to ensure that everyone involved with NLSA never stops learning and never sets a limit on doing so. A player centered culture has been created and enforced by coaches who believe the game has allotted each of them the opportunity through soccer to learn, appreciate, and experience the world in so many ways that they would have not done so if it were not for the game of soccer. Our trainers believe in paying it forward and it is our intention to provide all players of all levels with the best possible training and education afforded to them by us.  Long term included success both on and off the pitch and in the classroom as well as  physically, mindfully and emotionally. OUR teams have competed in some of the top tournaments, leagues, and competitions in the region and nationally.

​Our teams have won numerous league titles, LI CUP championships, NY State Arch Cup Championships and tournaments titles in the region and beyond. NLSA trainers have coached at almost every level including the top local leagues, high school and collegiately. NLSA (formerly MPR Soccer) have trained several United Soccer Coaches All-Americans, All-Region and All-America Scholar Award Winners, NYSSCOGS All-State Award Winners, Nationally Ranked Teams and 7 NYS player of the year award winners to name just a few accolades. NLSA Coaches have been recognized Locally, Regionally and Nationally many of whom have garnered nationally recognized awards, certificates and licenses.  NLSA takes extreme pride in fearing no limits and never ceasing to learn and grow as a coach, mentor, player, teammate and contributing members of our community.
