Coach Ayala is available for training all individuals and teams at any level.  A four year high school and collegiate soccer player from Long Island, Jeyson is one of the most giving trainers out there dedicating his services back at his alma mater and youth league in Copiague. " I have gained valuable lessons as a volunteer at the Walter G O'Connell Copiague High School. For instance, I worked closely with the varsity soccer coach dealing with young adults of diverse, challenging and underprivileged backgrounds. As a coach, not only am I teaching soccer skills but life skills as well. Some of these include punctuality, responsibility, accountability, being part of a team and overcoming adversity"

Coach Jeyson has worked with the Hicksville Soccer Club, New York Red Bulls, Copiague Youth League, Copiague and Amityville High School Programs to name a few. Coach Ayala joined the NLSA (FORMELRY MPR) training family in 2019 and worked all summer long at the MPR Summer Soccer Clinics. Coach Ayala  aspires to inspire and  to become one of the most successful coaches both on and off the pitch with his teams and has already received his National "D" and "C" licenses and is a ENY Certified Trainer. Coach Jeyson won 4 League Titles with our two U9 Academy Program Teams in his first year with the teams.

Coach Jeyson currently lives in Suffolk County and even runs his own bubble soccer company. .
